    Dr. Patricia L. Cullen, Ph.D., CPNP-PC

    Dr. Patricia L. Cullen, Ph.D., CPNP-PC, is a professor and assistant dean of Graduate Studies in the School of Nursing at Regis University. During her tenure at Regis University, she has also served as Chair of the Institutional Review Board in addition to her academic duties. She serves as the lead of the doctoral and master’s nurse practitioner programs at Regis University and developed and implemented the first master’s family nurse practitioner program serving rural Colorado utilizing synchronous videoconferencing technology. Dr. Cullen also served as the vice president of the Colorado State Board of Nursing, chair of the discipline panel, and represented the board on the governor-appointed Nurse-Physician Advisory Task Force for Colorado Health Care (NPATCH) from 2009-2015.

Designed for adult and working professionals, most online classes follow accelerated five or eight-week schedules.
