Why Pursue a Craft Brewing Certificate with Regis?

Regis Applied Craft Brewing students build their knowledge of the chemistry, calculations, combinations and ratios of ingredients for brewing by combining scientific basics, American Society of Brewing Chemists (ASBS) lab methods, lectures from industry experts and hands-on mentorship from local brewers. The program culminates in an internship at a local brewery, giving students the opportunity to test their new skills, get a foot in the craft brew door and make valuable industry connections. Graduates also have the opportunity to become certified beer judges through the national Beer Judge Certification Program (BJCP). So, if you want to know how malt, hops, yeast and water impact the aroma and flavor of beer — and celebrate the individuality of beer, community and craft brew culture — consider getting your Certificate in Applied Craft Brewing from Regis University.
